Sent a letter to Microsoft Russia

    Hello!

I apologize, maybe I am writing to the wrong address, but, unfortunately, I was not able to find a form or address on the Microsoft website in the "Feedback" section where I could send my comment on working with Windows Mobile 6.1.

I’m probably some kind of wrong user, but I’ve been using Windows Mobile-based communicators for the 4th year now and I’ve probably got contacts 5 times in the last year (the last time today). And every time this happens when using ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center. Probably the root of my problem lies in the fact that I use the communicator’s connection to 3 computers, and the ActiveSync / Windows Mobile Device Center swears when the mobile device is connected to more than 2 computers.

    But, nevertheless, a big request:
    • Please add functionality to the contact synchronization interface so that when you delete or change a contact, a request is displayed to perform this action. You can at least do this optionally.
    • I also want ActiveSync and Windows Mobile Device Center to be able to explicitly set one-way contact synchronization. Now I’m even afraid to connect the communicator to the computer with the current contact database for synchronization, because ActiveSync may decide that the communicator has a more current database and erase the contacts from the desktop computer.
    • Please add the ability to import contacts from a file in Windows Mobile.
    • Please also add the ability to cancel contact synchronization.
I hope you don’t ignore my letter and pass it on to the developers, or tell me where I need to contact to resolve my problem.

    Sincerely, Mikhail Noskov.
