As part of the implementation of this set of measures, one of the tasks entrusted to the state security bodies of the Republic of Belarus is the organization of joint (with interested structures) control over the use of computer networks in order to suppress the spread of illegal materials through their capabilities.
In accordance with the letter No. 33 / 32-34н / s dated 13.03.2009 from the Central District Administration Department of the State Security Committee of the Republic of Belarus for Minsk and the Minsk Region, we inform you about the inadmissibility of the dissemination (opening for general use, etc.) of extremist information and other illegal content.

Director of CJSC SOLO ------------------
In my opinion this is something new. It is officially announced that we are being followed and that censorship is being introduced. We are waiting for letters from the rest. Or am I exaggerating?
UPD. I couldn’t get through to support, I sent them a letter to the soap with a request to clarify the situation.
UPD2. In the comments, friend Arseny_Info reports the following:
An employee of the Solo company, Alesia, in a telephone conversation said that this letter was sent only to inform customers. It will not entail any changes in the work of the company, in the directions of information flows. According to the company representative, Solo CJSC does not store information about which sites the company's subscribers visit.
