Localized Wikipedia on Google

Today I found two additional buttons in the search results. First I decided that some of the Firefox extensions was to blame. After clicking on an unfamiliar button, a div appeared with a hint containing the following text:

“Arrange the Google search results in the order that suits you best. You can move, delete and comment on search results. In addition, you can see the changes and comments made by other users.
