Google buys Twitter

Some time ago, it was reported about the possible purchase of Facebook twitter for an amount of about $ 500 million. Twitter owners refused because Facebook was offering money in the form of shares. Since the latter does not trade stocks on the exchange, the real value of the package is not entirely clear.

The other day, about the upcoming deal between the microblogging service and the search giant, it became known immediately from two sources. Through this acquisition, Google wants to start providing information search in real time (and not from the moment of indexing).

Twitter founders Evan Williams and Biz Stone already have experience working with Google - five years ago they sold him the Blogger service.
