Some more ideas (web)

I wanted to share some ideas on web projects that I have been hatching for some time.
I am already organizing the development of a real estate project, but I would love to take part in the implementation of these ideas if they seem curious to any of the developers.
Ready to criticize, ready to answer questions and develop the topic.

    1. Hit List

(social network, calendar, memo, diary, informer)

Planning and making lists of what needs to be done (see, hear, try, visit, buy), as well as lists like “10 best *** for 2008.”, There has always been a popular activity, both online and offline (magazines). But I did not meet a single service uniting such collections in RuNet.
    A kind of cocktail from mywishlist.ru , kuda.yandex.ru , lookatme.ru and all kinds of " rememba the mil ."
Of the Western projects, the most similar, and extremely popular (there) is www.43things.com

Users can create and copy lists and separate events from each other, subscribe to new entries of other participants, comment on individual entries and lists.
Completed items are marked with specials. marker.
The copied records will be marked accordingly (the author will be able to see the list of participants who copied his record).
In fact, copying someone else's record is also a vote for it.
On the basis of this vote, uniform hit lists of the most popular events (in time) will be formed, i.e. You can go and find out what they recommend doing (where to go, what to read, what to see ...) next weekend (month, season, year ...).

The project will integrate a system of widgets (userbars) - interactive images (banners) that display in real time the selected hit lists and changes in them.
The user will be able to place such a widget in his diary, on the website, forum or any other page (the mechanism is implemented by us in the project www.hate-list.ru ).
Such widgets are an additional means of attracting new visitors.
Interviews and publication of hit lists of celebrities (for example, TV stars or popular bloggers), etc. are also planned.

One of the ways for the subsequent monetization of the project is the introduction of “advertising positions” (goods, events, etc.) in the rating hit lists.

Here are typical examples of what I'm talking about:

    2. Service of online seminars and trainings.

For some time now, in LJ, I constantly came across a proposal to attend an online training / seminar.
People want to share their knowledge and experience (this is genetically laid), and if it is also paid (even symbolically), many are ready to devote themselves to it.
Themes offer a wide variety of topics, from the basics of html to the provision of first aid.
Surely many of those present can spend hours talking about programming, usability, etc., I am also an it-person,
but suppose I would like to learn how to cut precious stones, even if I could get basic knowledge in theory without leaving my computer.

Show me a convenient platform on the network where anyone (a specialist in their field) will be able to quickly organize an online lesson (with a chat conference, thematic materials, audio or video broadcasts)? On the other hand, can I somewhere “leave a request” for such training?
We fasten to this a system of reviews, ratings and votes, a payment system (classes can be free, can be paid in the form of a voluntary incentive (if you liked it) or have a fixed payment). We take a percentage of all payments, for our part we are engaged in the comprehensive promotion of the project, we attract listeners and lecturers. Subscriptions for new classes, thematic conferences, etc. - the functionality can be very wide.

Here is a good example , but it is very narrowly focused on it.
Here is an example ofwhat I mean only for offline.

    Interesting?

    3. Private rental of (rare) items

No one has a metal detector by chance (I want to go look for a treasure)?
And I have a snowboard idle all season - borrow?
I will rent a diver (alpine) equipment!

    - Bicycle, snowboard, audio / video equipment, laptops and much more.

    - of course, now you can find everything you want in separate specialized rentals, but such organizations, as a rule, live on this and often their prices are comparable to the cost of used equipment.
And buy, say, a diving computer watch for 20K rubles. for the sake of the weekly tour, not everyone can afford it.

Many of us have at home things that are unnecessary AT THIS TIME , but someone needs them.
Why not rent them to a good person?
Of course, I understand that the main problem is the safety (do not steal / do not break) of rolling things.
But I think this can be solved both by standard means (100% guarantee), and by a rating / review system, “friends” and “karma” :)
The user can set the rental price on their own (by laying depreciation and / or additionally indicating fines).
All billing can be organized by the system.

    Continue?

    4. Good news.

There is a theory that bad news generates negative fields around us and, more simply, spoils our lives.
We will not delve into the theory, at least how certain such news spoils the mood is known to us all.
Personally, I generally prefer not to watch TV, but when I look at news.yandex.ru I somehow have to read about all the killings, fires and rape.
Specially analyzed, negative news accounted for more than 70% of the total number of events.

Actually, the idea is to create a news aggregator in which there will be ONLY GOOD (positive) news.

Of course, the quickest and easiest way would be to take note of this advice to already working aggregators (the same Yandex) and simply mark each news with a positive / negative tag (or connect a vote).

I think I'm not alone in wanting to "be on the topic", but at the same time protect myself from the negative that our newsmakers love so much.

    Well, for a snack

Maybe someone has ideas (and implementation) on the intended use of the following domains:
GeoTag.ru , MacNazi.ru (+ mac-nazi.ru) and shocklog.ru (here you can merge all the negatives that have not passed the “good news” into the project :)
