The first release of the Moonlight project

As you know, Microsoft and Novell signed a partnership agreement last fall to support the Moonlight project . The main idea of the project is the launch of Silverlight-applications under Linux operating systems.
The Moonlight project has been actively developed by the Mono team throughout this time, but today the release of Moonlight 1.0 has been released. All the details can be read on the blog of the project leader Miguel de Icaz. Moonlight 1.0 allows you to run applications written in Silverlight 1.0.
At the same time, I remind you that the development of the next version of Moonlight is in parallel with the Silverlight 1.1 Alpha - Silverlight 2 Beta1 branch. For example, last year the code on 1.1 on Linux was demonstrated during the opening of the Platform 2008 conference . Work on this version is ongoing.
All versions are available on the project page . Share your impressions of what works, how it works. Interesting.
