Apple TV is already everywhere in the world in February, and in Russia ???

Today, Apple IMC, a marketing company that promotes Apple products in the Russian market, sent a letter to its dealers. In this letter, it was reported that the deliveries of the new AirPort Extreme Base Station (in the world of PCs are wi-fi modems) are postponed, as they support the high-speed 802.11n standard and broadcast at 5GHz. This frequency is not busy, but a law that will allow civilians to use it will appear only in the summer.
As far as I understand, Apple TV works on the same standard, which puts off the possibility for Russians to legally create Apple’s home media center before the fall. In fact, given that iTunes does not work for us officially, this is not a big deal so far, but I also want high-speed wireless Internet, if it is technically possible.
