Tax requests electronic filing

    13% of Moscow taxpayers file tax returns online, and the number of people connecting to the online reporting system is constantly growing, Nadezhda Sinikova, head of the Moscow Federal Tax Service Department , told Russian Tax Courier .

    Sinikova added that the Federal Tax Service is trying to diversify people about all the technical achievements that can raise the relationship of an accountant and a tax inspector to a new level. Because the same electronic reporting reduces the time spent on submitting data to the tax authorities, helps to avoid errors in the preparation of declarations, makes it possible to quickly update document formats, etc.

    She also said that a 2006 awareness-raising campaign has been organized, which will be held under the slogan “Electronic reporting method - a real step to simplify interaction with tax authorities”. During the campaign, posters will be placed on the streets of Moscow, the task of which is to arouse interest and trust in the new form of reporting, to emphasize its advantages.
