The owners of the MySpace social network have signed an agreement to transport Internet content with Level 3 Communications , which owns thousands of kilometers of fiber-optic communication channels in the United States and Europe (from Madrid to Warsaw and Stockholm). This is one of the largest online backbones in the world.
The agreement between MySpace and Level 3 is signed several years in advance. It provides for the provision of High Speed IP service in various regions of the planet where Level 3 infrastructure is present.
