Russian Public Chamber stands for Internet censorship

    Valery Tishkov, Chairman of the Public Chamber Commission on Tolerance of the Russian Federation, Director of the Institute of Ethnology and Anthropology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, spoke in favor of establishing "some control over the Internet," which, he said, had already become "a hotbed, source of enmity and hatred."
