Partisans

A piece from the boring online interview of Mail.Ru CEO Dmitry Grishin on the Expert website:

    26. What is the atmosphere inside your company? Do you have rules and corporate standards?
    - Yes, we have corporate rules, but I would classify our company as one of the most democratic and unregulated . From the rules: our employees must be active users of our products, and usually, before starting a project, it is rolled on to our employees.

It is good that Mail is a democratic company inside, but outside it is very closed. As far as I remember myself during the time of the head office on Webplanet, Grishin never talked personally on the phone, always transferred arrows to Artamonova. You could call Yandex, and immediately talk to Volozh, in Rambler you could also talk to the management, but in Mail ... No, I really think Mail is the most closed company. No one knows what the names of Mail.Ru shareholders are, how much their turnover, income, etc. They say nothing, such democratic partisans.
