It happened a few days ago. The inspiring and impressive Falklands / Malvinas: One War, all Wars photo project was the 100,000th Kickstarter project to successfully raise the amount claimed. Using a resource that did not exist 7 years ago, the photographer Adriana Groisman and 282 sponsors, “backers” brought one more idea closer to reality.
For 6 years and almost 10 months - since the kickstarter was launched - much has changed, but much has remained the same. Still, it takes a lot of courage to take a chance and try to create something completely new. But today, creativity is encouraged like never before. To mark this important milestone, we selected 100 facts that are measured in numbers and related to the first 100,000 successful projects on Kickstarter.
