The same man makes special effects on English TV, his hands are the explosions and mechanisms in “Top Gear” and almost all of his severed limbs in the series “Game of Thrones”. So the claimed pyrotechnic show and entertainment program promise to be spectacular.



Together with Peter, eight of the most famous robots of the winners of the original Robot Wars, from different teams, will come. All of them will enter the ring against the Russian.

Now about the battles themselves. They will be held in full accordance with the original television show in the same arena. The difference will only be in place, this time everything will be much larger than on television.



The first real robot battles in Russia will take place in the most suitable place in Moscow - under a 60-meter glass dome, in the Cosmos pavilion at VDNH. Once there was the main altar of technical power. Until recently, there was nothing but devastation in the pavilion, broken satellites with missiles and grandmothers with seedlings. But this year, the pavilion began to be restored and even returned a giant portrait of Gagarin. It is time to return to this mighty and stately pavilion the former glory of dreamers and discoverers of engineering sciences. Glass tempered over the years, and bas-reliefs glorifying man, are ready to inspire the younger generation to new engineering achievements in robotics. It is in the heart of the Cosmos pavilion that a dozen combat vehicles will meet in a deadly battle in the arena, built directly under a huge glass dome. There will be no rules in these clandestine battles, except for one - two robots enter the arena, only one enters. To ensure the safety of spectators during the bout, it is forbidden to use thermal, ballistic and chemical weapons. In addition, sources of electromagnetic and impulse noise cannot be used. Everything else is up to the participants to choose from; there are no format restrictions.

To ensure the integrity of judging in the jury of fights, many famous people, including science fiction writer Sergei Lukyanenko, editor-in-chief of the magazine Popular Mechanics Sergey Apresov. The leader and commentator of the battles will be the participant of the Slaughter League, the host of "Such a Movie" on TNT and the most serious show on Comedy Radio, Andrei Rodnoy.
