From July 1, Russian courts went online

    All Russian courts of general jurisdiction from July 1, 2010 begin to publish effective court decisions on the Internet. This is done in accordance with the law “On providing access to information on the activities of courts in the Russian Federation”.

    According to ITAR-TASS, in the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, by the end of the year about 5 million court decisions in civil and criminal cases will be published in the public domain, and over the next year - more than 10.5 million court decisions.

    A separate site has been made for each court. A total of 2884 sites were created, which are combined into the State automated system "Justice" . In addition, on the portal www.mirsudrf.ru Sites of 6050 magistrates from 70 regions of the country were opened, the remaining regions still continue to work.
