Adult MVNO

The capabilities of a virtual mobile operator are no less wide than that of a conventional mobile operator. In previous articles of the Tottoli GSM blog, we talked about different MVNO models , which differ in the functionality available to the operator. In this detail, we describe the Full MVNO model, which this summer became available for connection.

Having connected the Full MVNO package, the operator receives from us SIM-cards and APIs. Using the API, he completely independently creates a system for managing a virtual mobile operator. Calls go through his own server and are recorded in his billing system.

What features remain with Tottoli GSM?

When working with the Pro MVNO package, calls pass through the Tottoli GSM server, there is also billing. As we have already said, when working through Full MVNO, billing is located on the server of the virtual mobile operator.
When a subscriber wants to make a call, the signal goes to the Tottoli GSM server, from where a request comes to the MVNO operator server, whether this subscriber can make a call. If the call is allowed, then it is further processed by the MVNO operator server in accordance with the specified rules and is also recorded in the billing system there.
Thus, when making a call back, Tottoli GSM only knows about the fact of making a call, in the case of a direct call, the first shoulder (A-leg) is also on the side of Tottoli GSM.

    What features distinguish Full MVNO?

    1) Your site with a personal account
A virtual mobile operator creates its own site, which has its own user account.
    2) Own tariffs
Operators earlier could set tariffs according to the conditions that they set. However, to amend the current conditions, it was necessary to contact Tottoli GSM each time. Although the technicians who perform the necessary settings are a team of professionals, it’s impossible to make changes instantly. Now operators can change tariffs as often as they like, as they do it themselves. At the same time, their conditions are confidential, business indicators do not fall into the external environment.
    3) Own traffic providers (SIP providers)
Operators can connect new providers of SIP traffic. Previously, it was necessary to do this through Tottoli GSM, which took time and was paid separately. Their suppliers provide more opportunities for the formation of favorable tariffs, and the procedure for connecting new trunks has been simplified.
    4) The operator does not depend on our resources, capacities.
Its technical and professional resources, the process is organized as it is necessary for this virtual mobile operator. Technical support for 24/7 subscribers, VIP lines for efficient communication of privileged subscribers, any other tools to improve the quality of work.
    5) Own reporting (charts, graphs, other convenient implementation of relevant indicators)
Operators have the ability to organize the display of indicators most clearly for their purposes.
    6) Independence of the implementation of all decisions
In the presence of strong specialists, new solutions are implemented as quickly as possible.
    7) USSD with their own teams.
Operators have the opportunity to compose their own USSD-commands for different functions: SIM-card management, options, sending USSD-messages to other subscribers and so on.
    8) You can connect your virtual numbers
Your virtual numbers could be connected earlier, but through Tottoli GSM specialists. Now operators can do it themselves.

    API technical features.

    1) Implementation of CallBack / Callthru (The operator determines the mechanism by which the call will be organized)
    2) Permission / prohibition of directions, operators, profiles (The operator himself can open or close various directions that are of interest to him or vice versa are not favorable in accordance with the business model)
