Jan 7, 2022 · There are pros and cons to buying it from home depot vs the plumber buying it from a wholesaler. Main thing is warranty issues. If the heater has problems the plumber that installed it will be able to either replace the unit or change parts with ease, won't have to call customer service and deal with all the bs.
