If the heater has problems the plumber that installed it will be able to either replace the unit or change parts with ease, won't have to call customer service and deal with all the bs.

I want to shop at Rona because I want to support Canadian businesses but I find them almost uniformly miserable and unhelpful. The best deals of all, along with a very good selection of products, are at Reno Depot in Gatineau by the casino.
