Installing IPA Files on iOS and iPadOS Without a PC or Third-Party Software
To install apps from IPA files on Apple devices, use the applejr.net service via Safari. Go to the site, select ESign (National Oilwell), and start installing the first version. If access is blocked, connect to a VPN with a Russian IP — the site contains ads.
After installation, go to the Certs tab and download the Updated National Oilwell NEW certificate. It supports both versions of ESign. In Settings, find the General > VPN & Device Management section, confirm trust for the app, and restart your device. The status will change to "Verified."
Importing the Certificate into ESign
Open the ESign app. In the top right corner, tap the three dots > Import. Select the two files from the Unpacked Archive in Files > Downloads (password: applejr.net).
- Unpack the archive by tapping it.
- Import the .p12 file National Oilwell Varco, Inc.p12, and enter the password from the password file.
- Repeat for the second certificate without a password.
Confirmation: a message saying "Certificate successfully imported."
Signing and Installing IPA Apps
Download an IPA file (e.g., from 4pda or the GitHub project IPA_Downloader). Import it into ESign.
- Go to the Apps tab.
- Select the unsigned app.
- Activate the auto-install option (optional).
- Tap Sign.
- Confirm installation in the pop-up window.
The icon will appear on your home screen. For repeat installations, just import, sign, and install.
Key Points
- The National Oilwell NEW certificate works for versions 1 and 2 of ESign.
- Password for the archive and .p12: applejr.net (check for updates).
- Trust in Settings is mandatory; otherwise, the app won't launch.
- IPA files from the App Store are available via IPA_Downloader on GitHub.
- This method doesn't require jailbreak or a computer.
