Computer Engineering at Deutsches Museum
Deutsches Museum is the largest technology museum in Europe. It contains almost all sections of modern technology and, in particular, the history of the development of computer technology. I want to introduce some photos that may be of interest to a wide circle of readers.
This exposition begins with a huge number of different arithmometers and mechanical computers, in particular, slide rules:

The famous Enigma is also presented there:

Technique develops further and punch cards appear (I already worked with similar devices):

Few people know that the first electronic computer was created in Germany:

Model Zuse 4:

A few more lamp computers:

Already closer to our days:

The famous IBM360:

Cray 1:

Cray 1 was made of such components: A

huge number of connecting wires are visible:

Ba, this is the same topology of an integrated circuit that I have been automating for many years:

Evolution of semiconductor wafers:

Information storages from different times:

Of course, this is only a small part of the exposure , from which I tried to lay out the most interesting things. This is where I finish for now, if the community is interested, it will be possible to talk about sections on aviation and space exploration.
