High-speed construction of an energy-efficient home
This One9 building was erected in just 5 days in the Australian city of Melbourne. This speed became possible due to the fact that the individual parts of the nine-story building were built in advance, and in place it was just necessary to put them together, like a designer.
The developer assures that this method can be used in the construction of buildings up to seventy floors.

There are thirty-four modules with one or two bedrooms in the building. The modules are equipped with double glazed windows to provide sound insulation and thermal protection.
Solar panels are installed on the roof, the generated energy of which is enough to heat the water used by the residents. The hot water supply system in the building is designed to ensure high efficiency of water circulation. Energy is also saved by the lighting used in the building.
There is also a rainwater collection tank on the roof. All the water drained into the sewer is cleaned and used again.

To further reduce the environmental impact, residents will be transferred to bicycles (for this there is a bicycle parking lot for thirty-four bikes in the building) and to the GreenShareCar electric car.
