PHP framework 2013

The idea to vote was inspired by a strange article , the results of which I would like to call into question. Perhaps the preferences are really determined by the region and a small sample of the author, so I propose to vote among the large Habrasociety.

I apologize if I did not add some kind of framework. I honestly don’t know if it will be possible to edit the survey after publication. I tried to pick up the most interesting and large projects that I saw this year.

The purpose of the survey is simple: to determine the opinion and trends of the community.

I will explain the headings of the polls.

    The most stable framework 2013
A framework with fewer exploits, especially after the release of new versions.

    The most evolving framework 2013
I think it does not need an explanation. Obviously, young projects can fall into this category. Nevertheless, I am personally interested in the opinion of whose work the community is following.
