We treat delays: inclusions in 30 points of traffic exchange and 57 peer-to-peer are available for you!
Thanks to an extensive network with a capacity of over 3 Tbps, inclusions to more than 30 traffic exchange points and 57 peer-to-peer solutions, we are able to solve the problem of connectivity and traffic quality.
I will give a working situation as an example.
One of the major Russian backbone providers GlobalNet, with fairly high-quality foreign channels of its own right up to Amsterdam, began to fail, as a result, a significant part of users from the Leningrad region, in particular, customers of the Iota wireless 4G Internet, began to experience difficulties with access to the foreign Internet segment which is routed through GlobalNet.

We immediately wrote off the request to the data center as soon as we noticed the problem, since the backbone provider did not respond to our letters (apparently it was busy solving the problem, since earlier the answers were given within 5 minutes):

Can you contact with your PNI gblnet or fix this?
In less than 20 minutes, a response was received:
Dear sir,
This PNI will be shut in next few hours.
Kind regards,
Grzegorz Janoszka
Checked after 15 minutes, the traffic already went on a different route:

Simply, without further questions ... The complaints immediately disappeared, since the losses on c7606-te4-5-291.gblnet.ru no longer indicated a problem, but only that the equipment was occupied with more important requests and that ICMP traffic was not a priority for it .
Unfortunately, such problems are very difficult to solve in many data centers of Ukraine and Russia, not because of unwillingness to help, but because there simply aren’t so many different uplinks through which you can direct traffic bypassing, especially if there is a lot of traffic. But delays and losses on the channels can cause a decrease in the audience of your project, therefore it is extremely important to be able to solve such problems quickly and in general to be able to solve them, since in this particular case the problem was really observed outside the data center.
Of course, it is costly to implement such connectivity, nevertheless, over 100 new servers are installed in the data center daily and the number of already installed servers exceeds 65,000, so you have the opportunity to rent a dedicated server with a high-quality unlimited channel in the Premium Quality Data Center at an incredibly low price:
http://ua-hosting.com.ua/nl-servers.html
Intel Xeon E3-1230 / 8GB DDR3 / 2x500GB SATA2 / 100Mbps Unmetered - $ 89 / month!
Turning to us, you get:
- servers with INSTANT activation in the premium Data Center EvoSwitch (Haarlem, Netherlands);
- loyal legislation of the Netherlands;
- Russian support 24/7 and resolving your issues in priority order;

Servers have very good channels to Russia and Ukraine. To confirm my words, I will bring several routes to Russia (Moscow and

Below are some graphs of strip utilization by some of our customers who use rented from us servers for various purposes.
For example, proxying:

Or simply uploading files / streaming:

Although of course clusters from many gigabit servers are often used to upload files, each of which generates approximately the following traffic:
