Good talk about anti-procrastination

I have long been familiar with and am a fan of Yana Frank (aka Miumau in LiveJournal - www.miumau.lj.ru ). I was at her meeting the day before yesterday, recorded the entire meeting on video. What I liked: a lot of practical advice on the fight against the creative crisis, procrastination in personal development and asthenization. All these approaches are applicable not only among “artists”, or those whose professions are considered “creative”, but also among people who want to enjoy work.
