At NVIDIA GTC 2013 , a prototype of Nuidroid's gesture recognition technology was introduced . Distinctive features of the presented product is its optimization for the ARM architecture, as well as full compatibility with Android devices.

The Nuidroid demo was launched on an OUYA game console running OS Android 4 with an Asus Xtion PRO 3D sensor connected. The power of the Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, which is used in the console, was enough to ensure the operation of Nuidroid algorithms, as well as to launch full 3D games on a Full HD screen.

Perhaps in the near future Nuidroid will allow you to see applications and games in the Kinect style on various Android devices: game consoles, SmartTV, tablet computers, etc.
