The update of Sony Xperia smartphones to Android 4.1 has begun

This week, the first batch of updates started - the Xperia T and Xperia V smartphones, and in March the update for Xperia TX will begin.

In addition to standard features from Google, Sony's Jelly Bean release will include updated versions of WALKMAN, Album and Movies media applications, all multimedia content in one library, more desktop and widget settings, and improved search and organization of applications. The viewfinder of the camera was supplemented by auto-tuning to the shooting conditions, and switching between the main front camera is done in one tap.

Owners of these smartphones will receive notifications as soon as Jelly Bean is available for their devices. In most cases, the update can be obtained by air, but in some cases it will require the use of PC Companion or Bridge for Mac software.
