Chrome extension gallery migrated to WebP

WebP is a new image format that was created specifically for use on the Internet, as a replacement for jpg, png images.

This image compression format was developed by google, and today, the company decided to launch a global test of its image format - in its gallery of extensions.

Google assures that using the WebP format can reduce the weight of images by 30%.
In addition, if you go to the gallery website not from the Chrome browser, you will still see the images - Google servers will give you images in the usual format.
