Google has finally released the Google Maps for iOS application , this morning it appeared on the App Store.

Surprisingly, the program runs faster than even the "native" Apple Maps application, not to mention the feature set.

Google Maps provides “complete and reliable” maps with built-in local search, Street View mode with 360 ° panoramic photos, interior photos for more than 100 thousand large buildings around the world, public transport routes and traffic information in real time, an interface on 29 languages, including Russian and Ukrainian.

Google Maps for iOS integrates with Google Account. After authorization, the user can synchronize bookmarks, search history, routes, and so on with the computer.

At the same time, the Google Maps SDK was released to integrate Google Maps into third-party iOS applications. Access to maps is also possible through a simple URL scheme , without an SDK, but with the Google Maps application installed.
