Citadel leaked to the network
Three days ago, a link to Citadel 1.3.4.5 appeared on a Spanish forum .

An offshoot from the ZeuS line, dubbed Citadel and advertised on several completely closed hacker forums, is another example of malware development in the form of a network service.
For those who are not familiar with this malware, I will give a few quotes:
Citadel is a social platform for servicing hacker clients. There has never been anything like Citadel CRM Store, built on the model of the best support systems for conventional commercial products:
bug reports and technical support;
- requests for the creation of additional modules and applications (public or private requests);
-voting for new ideas, bidding for the development / improvement of a new module, the possibility of partial prepayment to motivate developers;
the ability to comment on any application and send a personal message to another member of the social network;
- monitoring all stages of the development of a new module, the developers update the current status and the time remaining until the end of development;
-convenient jabber-notifications about the appearance of new users and fresh messages, or new modules / applications.
The basic Citadel package (bot constructor and botnet control panel) sells for $ 2399 plus $ 125 of monthly rent, but the most innovative modules are sold separately. For example, $ 395 costs a module that allows you to subscribe to automatic software updates to instantly bypass the latest updates of anti-virus databases. Updates are distributed by jabber, and each update costs an additional $ 15. Paying this amount, you can be sure that after the release of fresh anti-virus databases, the Trojan on users' computers is able to update faster than the user himself updates the anti-virus databases.
Actually, a link for those wishing to learn (the builder is not working!):
