Idea

The main idea of this service is that sellers upload accounts to the Tradeshift server in various ways: manually, through the tradeshift-ERP connector, through the SFTP / REST service or through the Tradeshift API. An electronic document management system was also included in the service. Tradeshift helps verify that data is filled in correctly. Further, from there, customers pick up their accounts and use the service to convert the accounts into the format they need, and they can also import these accounts into their own ERP systems.

Currently, Tradeshift provides customers with several modes of operation:
1) Manually
uploading invoices to the Tradeshift web server A user can upload invoices to the tradeshift server in his personal account. In this case, the service works as a storage and format converter.

2) Downloading invoices via the ERP connector.
The client can generate invoices in the format of his ERP and automatically send them to the Tradeshift server through the connector.

Tradeshift provides developers with APIs for self-developing loaders. Data can be loaded through a REST web service or SFTP server.
