Windows Phone - what to buy (today)

I wanted to buy a phone with Windows Phone, try it in real life, and not twist in my arms at exhibitions and in stores. Therefore, I collected a small selection of what is now officially sold in Russia (well, or it will start to be sold in a week or two). Maybe someone will need it. Under the cut heels of pictures and a little bit of text - I will not write full TTX devices, because everything is about the same, I will focus only on the features.

    My personal requirements:
    1) a screen up to 4 "(otherwise it doesn’t fit in my hand)
    2) memory from 16 gigabytes (although eight will work on the phone)
    3) a removable battery (communicators are few now)
    4) a normal sim card ( not micro - I have several devices between which SIM cards roam)
    5) the flash is like a flashlight (see the note on the memory item).
    6) lower price

    HTC

    HTC 7 Mozart

    Photos are dusty here The
average index price is 11 thousand (in my area - 14 thousand in the Connected), a 3.7 "screen, a 1300mah battery, replaceable.
8 gigabytes of memory, but you can open it (having lost the warranty) and increase the memory - it uses the usual microSD Class 4. At the same time, you can speed it up if you put a card in a higher class.
Xenon flash, like a flashlight, can’t be used. Everyone else has LEDs.

    HTC Radar

Updated Mozart. Average price is 17 thousand, the camera is better, memory and battery do not change. But there is a flashlight. The screen is 3.8 ". Battery 1500mah.

    HTC Titan

    Photo Tired here
4.7 "diagonal bast shoe, costs around 26 thousand. 16 gigabytes of memory, a 1600mah battery, replaceable. I don’t even look at it.

    HTC HD7

As far as I know, it is sold semi-officially in Russia, but it is still sold. Although also did not consider - the 4.3 "screen is too big for me.

    LG

    LG E900 Optimus 7

    Photo dusted here The
average index price is 13.5 thousand, 16 gigabytes of memory, there is a flashlight. The battery seems to be replaceable.

    Nokia

    Nokia Lumia 800

    Photo dusty here
It will cost about 21 thousand. The phone is quite interesting in terms of design, 16 gigabytes of memory, a 1450mah battery is not replaced. microSIM. How to “try” the device is a little expensive. But beautiful. If I took the main phone, then I think it would be one of the main candidates.

    Nokia Lumia 710

    Photo typyreny here
The same Mozart, only from Nokia. microSIM, flashlight. The battery is non-replaceable, in my opinion.

    Samsung

    Samsung Omnia 7

    Photo dusted here
Screen 4 ", 8 gigabytes of memory, replaceable battery.

    Samsung Omnia W

    Photo dusted here
Screen 3.7", 8 gigabytes of memory, replaceable battery.

At a price close to mozart, that first, that the second. AMOLED screen. Omnia W has a faster processor (and indeed - it replaced Omnia 7, so the previous model will disappear soon, if it has not disappeared).

    Conclusion

In addition to those mentioned, there will certainly be phones - Acer is preparing something budgetary, for example. But I just went over what Yandex.Market offers.
What can I say at all ... Devices differ very little - the strict requirements of MS to hardware are affected. For one thing, it’s right - there will not be such a zoo as with androids, it will be easier to release updates to the OS (see iPhone :)). The disadvantage is that for some time there will be really no budget devices (bucks for 200-250), like on an android. Prices so far start at around $ 400.

I haven’t bought anything yet, but I am inclined to mozart - a replaceable battery, the ability to increase (and speed up) the memory - if you suddenly want to use it as the main phone. I’ll manage without a flashlight, if that.
