Meeting with the founder of Plug and Play Tech Center
On October 14, Moscow State University will meet with the legendary Said Amidi, the founder of Silicon Valley's leading startup accelerator Plug and Play Tech Center (California, USA). Come and ask your question!
The meeting will take place on October 14 at 11.30 in the Assembly Hall of the Intellectual Center - the Fundamental Library of Moscow State University. After the presentation, Mr. Amidi will answer questions from the audience.
Over the 15 years of the startup accelerator, more than 600 companies have raised over $ 750 million for their development, including such projects as PayPal, SoundHound, Danger, Bix, Logitech, Google. The partners of the center are more than 150 venture companies such as DFJ, Sequoia and Canaan Partners. Since 2010, Plug and Play has begun to go international - offices have opened in Singapore, Egypt, Malaysia, North America.
In the very near future, a representative office in Russia will open, and Said Amidi comes to consider potential candidates for the Plug and Play Russia residence.
