Java Cloud Hosting - autoscaling, easy deploy, environment management

Friends, we continue the closed beta test of the cloud platform for Java applications. The most important business moment in our future development is preliminary agreements with one of the leaders of hosting services in the European market. We found a great partner - this is one of the most successful hosting providers in Europe. In addition, our team is preparing to launch a new information site and new unique cloud functionality. For the convenience of creating environments, we have developed a server topology constructor - a visual builder. You will not find such a solution even with Amazon Beanstalk.
However, today this is not about that. The specified functionality and the name of our partner will be announced next time. Today, for those who take part in closed beta testing, we offer to try our updated functionality. We took into account your wishes and released an intermediate update.
The update has finalized several important points:
Third level domains
Now you can bind a third-level domain based on * .jelastic.com to your environment. The name of your environment corresponds to the domain.

Thanks to this, you can easily bind any second-level domain to your environment. You can do this using CNAME.
mydomain.ru. CNAME myapp.lejastic.com.Multiple contexts within one Tomcat
Often, different applications in different contexts can run on the same server. At the request of our users, we have added support for deployment in different contexts.
1. Select the desired environment
2. Specify the context
The deployment procedure in different contexts is very simple and convenient.
Contexts can be deleted and renamed.
Editing Tomcat Configs
If there is a need to edit server configs, this can be done very simply through the config manager.
When editing, try not to shoot yourself in the foot.
Also, a lot of small and big bugs were fixed. Your other requests have been finalized. You can find not a complete list of your requests processed on our feedback pages .
Present and Future
Colleagues, we apologize to those who submitted applications for participation in the beta test, but still have not received an information letter with access parameters. We are gradually increasing our capacities and will soon be able to provide access to all, without exception. If you are very “burning” with desire and can give us feedback - write to me in PM, I will try to speed up the process of gaining access.
If you already have access, please write to us a few words about your impressions or needs. Even if these are rays of hatred, we also need them. We will digest any information.
Stay tuned for announcements.
