Anonymous hacked website live radio show

On Thursday morning, Anonymous gang deformed the site of the Westboro Baptist Church (WBC) Baptist Church. This would not have been anything remarkable if the hacking had not been carried out live on a radio show in which a representative of the church and a member of the Anonymous group participated (of course, anonymously via Skype). Right in the middle of the conversation, Anonymous activist announced to a religious fanatic that their site westborobaptistchurch.com had just been hacked ( screenshot ).

On the hacked site, a WBC local network map was laid out, hackers raised a special website in the WBC system for accessing the system from the outside (fags.php script), so that WBC firewalls, routers and printers became open to everyone.

On Twitter, Anonymous wrote that, compared to the HBGary hack, this hack was an easy task.

Even if we leave out the obvious fact that this performance was probably agreed with the host of the program, the trend itself is interesting. Anonymous people from cyberspace do not just hack sites. but they do it in a pointed manner and are proud of their actions, not even fearing the consequences. It looks like they are sure that the power in cyberspace belongs to them. Their duty as cyber elites is to fight evil in all its manifestations.

A message was left on the WBC website on behalf of Anonymous, which said that hackers had the opportunity to hack the site before, but did not. Moreover, Anonymous has repeatedly stated that they are not interested in contacting WBC. However, the Baptists continued to insult and threaten, so in the end Anonymous's patience was exhausted.

The WBC Church is known for its scandalous acts. For example, they organize demonstrations right at the funeral of American soldiers, breaking the mourning ceremony.
