    - An expedited solution to a technical issue - the cost is 50 rubles.
    - An urgent solution to a technical issue - the cost of 200 rubles.

    Please note that the cost (50 or 200 rubles) is not the cost of solving the issue, it is the cost of moving your question in the queue. Even if you are not satisfied with the solution to your request, the money from your balance will be debited in any case.
