What to list - everything is in front of everyone's eyes. Unfortunately, I had neither the strength nor the agility, nor the time before I moved to a new place of residence in Sweden to fully organize the process of functioning of my online store of tourist goods (cars), but what is the potential, mmm ... By chance and circumstances , the store is “mothballed,” but I’m sure sooner or later, whether by my efforts or by someone else’s efforts, it will gain a second life! ;-)
Tip 14:Trade! The thematic community is the target buyers of the goods that are necessary for him to realize his tasks. Community theme = store theme. To Caesar, as they say, Caesar’s, and to the fitter - Cessarev, but this and that “it” is necessary-))
Chapter 15. Strengthening the community.
Well, actually, here! Your community is cycling, breathing and gaining momentum. You - already get the desired surplus from him. It's time to celebrate this event, but! Someone is bored, right? -)
When, in your opinion, enough time has passed since the start of the community, and it has already formed a kind of “core audience” that regularly writes, responds to topics and comments and is, in fact, the driving force behind the project, then it would be nice in "offline" to arrange a meeting of its members. Of course, this action can only be implemented provided that some of your community lives in the same city so that it is technically possible to meet. Here, for example, ort , the founding father of CMS Livestreet (on which my Autotourist.Rf works ), has twice walked members of the www.livestreet.ru communityoffline meetings in Moscow (I was at both) and, as far as I can see, more meetings were planned in different cities. We met, personally met, talked, shared experiences, made various proposals for improving the functionality of the engine and te te and te te. Why am I?
When people who communicate daily on the network get to know each other in a real environment, this, in my opinion, is just super how it strengthens the relationships of these people and allows them to continue to be more friendly and open to each other, talking again online. Plus, if people are all completely positive, united by common interests (interest is the topic of the community), and the meeting was a great success, then all who visited will wait for the next meeting, talk about their gatherings and their cool composition to their friends, comrades who have similar interests, but not yet registered members of the community. Tip 15: Not only the smallest communities should and can be selected offline. I myself am not a member of Lepra, but a former colleague told me that he went on a sortie (to play paintball) of the Lepra participants. One way or another, the entire honest table “users” of the database of your project (even if it is Leprosy), with all the desire, will not express a desire to be at the meeting and, IMHO, the list of participants appointed on a certain day of the week, at a specific time and place, and with a certain format of the meeting will not go off scale and exceed a two-digit number ...-)
How was it in my case? So I finally decided to collect all our honest company, created a topic invitation. I was counting on a person from 10-12 strength, who would express a desire to meet in a tavern with our caravanning party. But the result exceeded all expectations, which was incredibly cool! REPORT
Summary: arrange as much as possible meetings in real life of members of your community. The meeting is almost 100% doomed to be successful, because everyone is united by a common interest, and this, if you please, is 90% success in communication.
