Box expands online storage
Network storage and cloud service Box is expanding its horizons by increasing the size of allocated quotas for users with free and paid subscriptions.
Users with a free subscription received 5 GB of storage (instead of 1 GB) with a file size limit of 25 MB. You can also increase the storage size of 50 GB (for $ 19.99) for an additional fee. You can also increase the download file up to 1 GB. The downloaded files can be shared via links, and there is also mobile access through the application (Android, BlackBerry, iPad, iPhone, web client).
If you have a company with more than 3 employees, then you can get a business subscription with 500 GB of space and a restriction on downloading a file of 2 GB in size ($ 15 / person / month). Also added synchronization through the client, integration with Google Apps and a number of other bonuses.
Corporate users need to enter into an agreement to receive unlimited storage and additional encryption functions.
If you are a user of this service and have not seen any changes, then the innovations concern only new users. Already registered will receive an upgrade within a few weeks.
