It so happened that today I came across the already forgotten, but still relevant, topic of disconnecting “gray tubes”. Judging by the news, mass repressions will begin in the foreseeable future. So, I will be glad to share my knowledge with those for whom this problem is still relevant.
Let me remind you of the theory. Any telephone that crosses the border of Ukraine is “illegally” entered into the so-called “gray list”, and after three months, being in it, respectively, “black” and ceases to be registered in all cellular networks. This also applies to the phones of friends / relatives who came to stay from the CIS or more distant foreign countries, and really stolen devices, and of course almost all new iPhones and the like that are more profitable to order / bring than to buy on the spot.
For law-abiding citizens who, due to various events, have become happy owners of such pipes, there are several official methods of legalization, but they are all very bureaucratic and inconvenient, and in some cases not applicable at all. But fortunately there is a “lite” method of legalization, which was either left specifically for one’s own, or for resellers, or appeared when the people felt really bad, but ordinary consumers, as a rule, don’t know about it ..
I’m the method has already “whitewashed” more than 20 handsets, the last one, a week ago, was a 3GS iPhone, bought by a friend specially gray - in order to save 400 UAH.
What is needed for this:
Judging by personal experience, they whitewash very quickly. I can assume that no later than two days after receiving the letter. I already wrote about this a little earlier, but then just in a comment .

- Open the application form .
- We fill it out, in the column “Dzherelo khodzhennya” we indicate “the dowry hour of the special re-establishment after the cordon that was imported into Ukraine”.
- In the column "Before declare to be reached" we write "a copy of the passport with two arcades."
- We put in the envelope with the letter a copy of the first and last page of the passport.
- We are sending a letter to the Head of the UDCR (Ukrainian State Center of Radio Frequencies) at the address “m. Kyiv, Prospect Peremogi, 15th km, Slobodianyuk P.V. ”
