Grammar in large companies

What size should a company be for competent people to work in it?

Let's look at companies where this is not enough.

    Yota

    LG

LG 32LF2510 TV, june 2009, Russia

It is clear that the smaller the company, the more obligations are made for each employee: the system administrator orders stickers before installing the rack, and the programmer completes the firmware on the TV at night before the deadline. But after all, every employee of the company went through the personnel department and filled out a minimum application for employment (it seems like without errors, otherwise they would definitely not have been accepted).

But where does the quality control service look? Does LG really have it? Okay, about Yota, few people will see this rack, but the company personally in my eyes dropped to the plinth.
