It turns out that a new generation engine was installed on the Yubileiny satellite, in which, according to Major General, “an unknown phenomenon of the interaction of the working fluid with fields whose nature has not been studied much” is used. No details about the principles of the “gravity caps”, as its creators christened the engine, are known, except that the impulse appears due to the “movement inside the apparatus of a liquid or solid working fluid along a certain trajectory resembling a tornado in shape”.
