Hello, Habralyudi. Just as a week ago, the http://tweved.ru/ project started, the idea is not new, but the implementation is unusual in its own way.
If you have a Web-camera and a less successful and not such a Chinese microphone, you will be able to get into 12 happy windows, otherwise you will have to listen and wait in line to make your contribution or suggestions on the topic.
To use the project, you will need a Twitter account , a kind of screening of spammers and Japanese homemade products.
With chat, the only problem is that Cyrillic does not want to work on Windows, so far only on MAC OS.
The project is not mine, but smart =)
