From love to hate, one step, or The whole truth about the "Runet Award"

As far as I know, about 25 percent of people with Internet access know me.

Of these (we take this number for 100 percent), 10 percent actively hate me, 10 percent have not decided on their attitude towards me, and 80 percent rate me positively.

It is curious: those who do not actively love, do not take me to the spirit, as they say, show not just rejection, but aggressive rejection.

However, this is understandable. Hatred is always aggressive.

I felt this after our project “ SOLO on the keyboard ” became a participant in the voting on the “ Runet Prize ”.

Of course, competing with online games or frankly pirated sites is difficult, but we took a chance. And suddenly, for the first time in the entire duration of the Runet Prize campaign, the winners will not be a game of a commercial nature, not a site of erotic content, not a pirate resource, but an educational project?

It seems to me that the Runet Prize should be built on a different principle. For games - one vote, for educational programs - another, for entertainment - third, for commercial portals - fourth ...

It's like in sports: it is impossible for heavyweights to compete with lightweights, runners without taking into account the distance ...

In general, Of course, the idea is great, and I think the competition will turn into a serious festival and the ability to select the most interesting that appears on RuNet.

What comment can there be if such a serious and important resource as Wikipedia is “clogged” with insignificant games?

In general, it seems to me that talking about how the competition for the best Internet project should be held is very promising and curious. Maybe start it?

What can be done to make such contests an event?

True and false when conducting such contests.

    Competition rules.

Here are the topics that I think are most relevant for discussion.

PS Well, as for the “SOLO on the keyboard”, what can we say about it, when everything is already known ... And thanks to everyone who understands me.
