Flash memory for the router
Recently we raised a new site and installed Cisco 2811 on it. It so happened that the Avaya IP Office 500 did not have a flash drive. We bought the smallest CF'u that we found, it was Kingston Elite Pro 50X (CF / 1GB-S / SCS) Retail , for the sake of experiment we inserted it into the router and ... lo and behold !!! The router accepted it and showed the full volume. For the purity of the experiment, we formatted it using the router tools ( format flash:), everything remained as before - the volume is full! We copied everything we needed on it and left it to work :)
As a result, in Avaya IP Office 500 there is a beautiful cis stick, and in Kingston router.
2 months - normal flight!
