Healthier: how I wake up in the morning
In a previous post, I talked about methods of dealing with the “I can’t fall asleep” problem. The topic turned out to be in demand, and I decided to write about my methods of dealing with the “I can’t wake up” problem. I think the problem itself is not worth describing: most people know how difficult it is to wake up in the morning, and what unpleasant sensations arise when one thinks that one needs to leave a warm bed in which it is so good and calm ... But somehow you need to get up, otherwise Problems. Personally, it was very hard for me to get up in the morning. But I had to force myself, because of which the rest of the day the mood was on the minus, and it constantly drove me to sleep.
And then, not without the help of the Internet, I developed my own way to wake up so as to minimize discomfort. So how do I wake up in the morning ...
Alarm clock
1. The sound of the alarm should increase smoothly .
2. Waking up to music is better than to simple sounds.
3. It is good if the melody will always be different.
The ideal option is a TV or computer that will automatically turn on a music channel or randomly play music from a large number of songs.
Eyes
1. Eyes need to be opened when you want to open them. If you do this earlier, they will “stick together” and, most likely, you will want to sleep all day. Therefore, there is no need to rush, and after completing the following points, the eyes will open by themselves.
2. The first thing after you regain consciousness, you need to make eye movements with closed eyelids. Circular movements, eights, diagonals, etc. are well suited.
Bringing ourselves to feelings
Waking up means activating your perception of the outside world. The 1-2-3-4-5 method is well suited for this: name one thing to yourself that you hear, one that you see (this may be an internal image) and one that you feel. Then - two things, three, four, and finally five. So you smoothly "return to reality." By the way, the reverse procedure (5-4-3-2-1) helps to fall asleep perfectly.
After the activation of the psychological, we will engage in the activation of the physiological:
1. Squeeze-unclench fingers and toes one by one. 5-10 times.
2. We smile (5-10 times).
3. Take 2-3 deep breaths.
4. “Blink” 5-10 times. Eyes can not be opened.
5. Stretch your whole body.
6. Gently rub our hands with face, whiskey and ears. Ears are a must.
7. Rub your hands, stomach, legs. In general, the whole body :) Belly rub or vertically, or clockwise.
8. We get up.
The above makes it easy to wake up. Further - about how to charge yourself with energy and good mood for the whole day.
Shower
It is better to take a shower immediately after rising. This contributes to good appetite, and additionally stimulates the body. The shower should be warm.
Charging
A very important thing. It is necessary in order to disperse the blood. The amount of exercise should be such that it is not hard.
1. Circular head movements left-right.
2. Hand swings: forward-backward, together-alternately.
3. Tilts forward.
4. Circular movements of the pelvis left to right.
5. Circular movements in the knees left-right.
6. Push ups.
7. Squats.
Breakfast
To taste :) I can only say that, with vivacity, coffee and lemon add to me :)
In the end
As I have seen from my own experience, these simple exercises really have a huge effect. Waking up becomes easier, more energy appears, and life becomes brighter :) Tomorrow is Monday, and I wish everyone to wake up in the most pleasant way :)
