Corporate rates for Internet service providers are evil

I live quietly for myself in a residential area of Moscow, do not touch anyone and pay 650 rubles per month for 10 Mbit unlimited Internet in both directions. In my apartment there are 4 Internet consumers, the traffic runs 40-50 GB. per month, there are no problems, the provider does not cut speed.

But what do Moscow offer corporate customers to treat themselves to?

I work in a small Internet company, in which 4 more people are working with me. And in total we consume traffic also at 40-50GB.

When we started our activities, we rented an office at some base with tractors under the windows and the only available option was unlimited 6 Mbps ADSL, which cost _4500_ rubles a month!

Do you think these were real 6Mbps?

This speed I saw only on weekends in the morning. On a working day at an o'clock, the average speed was 256Kbps, the provider could not do anything and actually signed its helplessness, but we had no choice.

In total, it turned out that in our office the Internet is 39 (!) Times worse, and I pay for it almost 7 times more! Why are you asking ?! The traffic in the office and at home is the same.

I was madly outraged by the arrogance of Internet service providers: why am I paying such money? No, well, I understand, accounting services, preparation of documents, corporate department, etc., but I emphasize that we have 4 people in our office, exactly the same as in my apartment, and I pay 7 times more.

We recently moved inside the garden ring ...

Providers here - the cat wept and almost no choice. As a result, now we pay for 4Mbps in both directions 11 thousand rubles. Yes, the Internet is good, 4 Mbps are always stable.

But the question is: for what 11 thousand rubles for 50GB of traffic? It turns out that my speed is 2.5 lower, and I pay 17 times more!

I would love to make a connection to a private person, I would pay (even twice as much) for Webmoney and would not strain the accounting department of the provider. So no, in office buildings by default - only corporate rates.

PS Providers really snickered with their corporate rates. I understand if we had a company for 50 people. But the number of employees of the provider cares the least.

PPS I’m sitting, scratching my turnips and looking for a person in a residential building opposite to throw Wifi from him ...

PPPS Many providers suggest adding IP telephony to the ADSL Internet, which directors who love to save on are happy to agree to. This should be taken very carefully: often such telephony reduces the real Internet speed by 3 times, while the provider is silent about this and continues to collect fees at the old tariff.
