Combine supply and demand
Preamble:
In connection with the mass installation in Internet schools, an idea arose to connect the gap between the services in the regions and the offer in the center (Moscow, St. Petersburg). I develop this idea on the example of teachers (who, it seems to me, have access to the Internet from schools) and people who want to learn something who have time for this.
How it might look in practice:
The site has 2 bulletin boards, student teachers and training materials.
Pupils describe in their posts what they want to learn.
Teachers describe in their posts what they can teach.
Using personal messages, the teacher and student agree on cooperation.
The site provides a "learning platform" - audio, video, graphic, etc. materials prepared by the teacher or by order of the teacher, or taken from the site’s library.
In addition, there are tests on the site to verify learning progress.
Training can be both individual and group.
The teacher conducts classes by explaining the material by voice with a demonstration on the display screen. During the lecture, the student asks questions.
At the end of the lecture, the teacher sets the homework. It can be any resources, but it is better to have everything you need on the site for the convenience of students.
As necessary, test exercises are conducted on the site. Tests can be prepared by the teacher himself, they can be prepared by order of the teacher, or taken from the site’s library.
In some areas, training without a teacher is possible. Those. access to educational materials of the site is provided.
It is possible in this way to teach not only school and university disciplines, but also any other subjects. For example, the use of office applications.
PS On your court - my first post on Habré, do not kick much. Thank you for your comments and valuable criticism.
