The Bing developers were the first to come up with search results that may be relevant to Twitter users in a pleasant and convenient way with useful links and additional information. See for yourself (you need to go to the Bing settings for issuing for the USA):
In addition to a logical link to a twitter page, the results include: the user's picture, the latest indexed tweets and pseudo-twitter, in addition, look, Bing resolves twitter user names with links to their pages (@FrenchysLady). Unfortunately, so far only a few thousand popular users have been indexed for the sample . But the beginning is good.
Google is different:
