How do i choose a book
It's no secret that the abundance of data does not simplify access to information. Modest experience in business intelligence, or, in our opinion, in industrial intelligence, is proof of this. But this is not about that.
This is a fairly convenient method for selecting literature (when there is no one to advise) using TouchGraph . The application works through the Amazon API and allows you to get a fairly convenient picture of the literature on keywords, areas of knowledge and authors.
TouchGraph, by the way, can be useful not only for this, but also, for example, to determine the "similarity" of web sites, or to illustrate connectivity in social networks. TouchGraph with the Facebook API is also, like, in the public domain.
It is interesting to know how colleagues choose professional literature.
