WebMoney in Ukraine: the prospect of closing

A month has passed already, as Resolution No. 178 of the National Bank of Ukraine entered into force. One of its paragraphs reads: “For legal entities that are engaged in the issue of electronic money (ED), and which are not banks, bring their activities within the year in accordance with the Decree.” Let me remind you that Resolution 178 entered into force on August 5.
In order for the issuance of ED to be legitimate on the territory of Ukraine, owners need to conclude agreements with banks. The input currency should be only national, and the maximum transaction amount is 5 000 UAH.

By this decree, the NBU is trying to regulate the turnover of ED, but in fact, it seems to me, just take over the entire turnover of ED in Ukraine. Let me remind you that of the three major market players (WebMoney, UkrMoney, Internet.Money), only WebMoney does not have legalized relations with one of the Ukrainian banks. UkrMoney generally has ends that stick out from PrivatBank, perhaps with their submission the decision still came into force, since the project was created 3 years ago.

What is it? The crowding out of WebMoney, the pushing of other systems is unclear ... But the illegitimacy of the most popular ED system in Ukraine cannot but alarm.

Unfortunately, there are no comments from WebMoney. WebMoney comments are . Really in 2009 we are waiting for the closure of exchange offices?
