Transparent public toilet
Transparent public toilet - how do you like this idea? It sounds absolutely insane. But even in such a crazy idea there is a grain of rationality. It is no secret that a large number of criminal events take place in public toilets. After all, nothing can be seen behind the closed door. The Swiss city of Lausanne can get the first such high-tech public toilet, which at the same time takes on the mission of reducing crime.
It should be noted that partially the toilet glass is made on the basis of liquid crystals and by pressing a special button the visitor can make the booth opaque. Outside, the wall becomes dark. At the same time, a motion detector is installed inside the toilet, which automatically makes the walls transparent again if there is no movement inside for a long time (so that it doesn’t stay too long, others wait!) Or vice versa, suspiciously fast active movements.
Exactly one. Even if similar toilets appear somewhere in Switzerland, our cities will not see this. For a clear reason - they’ll break it right away. And the price of such a public toilet is far from small.
And more interestingly, how many people will forget to press the dimming button of the booth?
