Monitor calibration without hardware calibrator

    Models with TN-matrices reign on the monitor market now, which can be calibrated with a simple tilt of the head. But even on such monitors, not to mention * VA / IPS, you can achieve tolerant color reproduction without using hardware calibrators. In the same way, you can check the gamma curves of the monitor upon purchase.

    The essence of the method is to use the ColorLineTest program , also known as CLTest. It will take you about 30 seconds to check the gamma curves. In 5-10 minutes, you can achieve acceptable color reproduction. Detailed instructions are in the archive with the program.
